My Personal Keto Journey..

Hope you all are doing really great in your lives.
Before just jumping on to the topic, I thought let’s just first introduce myself.
Well, I am a Software professional and I love my job.
But sitting and coding may not be as great as it sounds.
It just takes a toll on your health and before you realise, it might have already started affecting your own body.
One day, out of nowhere, I discovered I have high cholesterol and I figured the reason is because of all the unhealthy and untimely habbits and routine which had resulted that.Sorry to mention, I used to weight > 105 kg, when my reports came.Doctor asked me to reduce my weight as expected, else it might cause heart related issues and Diabetes in long run.Decision was simple. I had to go on a Keto Diet as advised by my doctor,and believe me , it’s is the best decision I have taken for me in ages.

My Results

To be true, I thought it would be very difficult for me to discard my current food habbits and move to keto diet.
But believe me, once I did, the results were there. It took me just 2 months for results to show and once you get motivation, it will stay with you for lifetime.
It is my best decisions ever taken and I can say it paid off really well.
Now I am 72 kg with normal cholesterol and Hb1ac value.
I am very happy.
